With the hurdle of winning on 3 goal difference on the second leg match, it’s very unlikely to predict that Man Utd will not go through this phase into the final! Go MU!

Is 2011 Going To Be Man Utd Year?

Man Utd dropped 2 points after 0- 0 draw against Newcastle at St. James Park. Arsenal failed to take advantage as they also dropped yet another 2 points after 3-3 draw against Tottenham Hotspur in a dramatic match. Chelsea beat Birmingham 3-1 to regain momentum back into the title race. There are still 5 games to be played but Man Utd seems to have the best chance of winning the Premiership title this year. Man Utd will play Arsenal in one of those matches. With 6 points difference, there seems to be little chance that the title will slip from Man Utd this year.

In Champions League, Man Utd will play against Schalke 04 in the semifinal matches. The other semifinalists are Spain giants Barcelona and Real Madrid. Man Utd has the better chance to go through to final. While the other semifinal is much more unpredictable but more soccer fans are considering Barcelona to be the best team right now.

The Copa del Rey final between Real Madrid and Barcelona proved that Barcelona can be beaten. Barcelona lost 0-1 from Real Madrid after Cristiano Ronaldo’s header goal in extra time. Madrid coach Mourinho proves once again that he is the master of strategy in soccer. This win gives a boost on Madrid morale before the Champions League semifinals later next week.

Hopefully, Man Utd can defeat Schalke and face whichever Spain’s club to go to the final. That would be the ideal final!
