US Stocks Watchlist Overview @ 20 Sep 2011

AAPL @ 415 is up, but the impulse systems signaling weariness of the move. It still has some potential upside move but very limited. Watch out for reversal in the near term! Potential SHORT candidate.

AMD @ $6.88 bearish move hit support EMA8. The overall move is still bearish. AMD is in the middle value zone with the tendency to decline. MACD confirmed the trend indication. Force index also confirming the indication. Potential SHORT candidate.

AMZN @ $238.90, impulse systems signaling blue, permitting to short the stock. It is currently bouncing off upper Bollinger Bands, signaling bears are moving into the stock. The BB is shrinking, indicating reduced volatility. Potential SHORT candidate.

BIDU @ $150.14, impulse systems signaling green, only permitting long for the stock. Recent move indicating a sideways trend in range $150 to $140. If BIDU manages to close above $150 today, it is breaking out. Wait for a clearer move.

GLD @ $174.50, impulse systems signaling blue, after a red signal yesterday. Currently, EMA8 is still above price becoming a resistance to price. The EMA8 is still in bearish move. GLD seems topping off, and about to decline further. Potential SHORT.

IWM @ $70.63, impulse signaling blue. MACD indicates bullish trend is at work. Price showed weakness in the upside, and entering sideways move. Volatility is decreasing. Potential breakout to the upside in the near term.

MSFT @ 27.38, impulse signaling green. MSFT is in the middle of bullish run. The price is closing quickly to the upper Bollinger Band. The upper Bollinger Band is contracting and indicating the bullish run is running out of steam. Candle also confirms this observation. Take profit and watch for potential SHORT entry in the near term.

$VIX @ 32.12, at the lower side of the range. Low volatility confirms decreasing option premiums and market calmness in recent situation. No indication of potential spike, thus less opportunities in writing options right now.
